    Customer Product Reviews

    Rated 3.6 out of 5★ by 175reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Stopped running after about five minutes.Told to returnit to Wal-Mart for credit. 11/23/2009
Rated 5 out of 5★ by 2nd one worked ok 1st washer wouldn't let any water through it,called customer service and they sent another one right out, this one works great. 1st one picked up by U P S with no cost to me. 08/31/2010
Rated 3 out of 5★ by Everything worked well except soap dispenser Purchased the All Power 1800 pressure washer in Sept 2012. Used it four times for a total of 10-12 hours. Everything worked as expected, it had good power and cleaned the siding and concrete patio/carport, concrete retaining wall, and painted wood fence very well. Howwever, when I used it the fifth time to wash my car, I discovered it did not dispense the liquid soap I put in the soap dispenser.I called customer service and after a 5 minute wait (not bad) they told me to check the tube going into the dispenser. I did and it was OK. Called them back and they told me the soap dispenser pump was probably defective. Since I had purchased it two weeks earlier, they advised I retrun it to Walmart for a refund, which I did.To bad the soap dispenser didn't work - otherwise it was a good machine - I was pleased with its power and considering a local rental shop wanted $75 for a one day rental for a gas powered 2000 PSI pressure washer - I figured I couldn't go wrong by purchasing this 1800 PSI for $99.Finally, I can't help but think (dispite the pump on mine not working) that many who write negative reviews probably did not follow the instructions - After assembly, First turn on the water - Then purge the machine - Then turn on the power - When finished turn off the machine and then the water and purge it again before disconnecting the hose. If you turn on the machine before turning on the water and purging it, it can be damaged. I think this is what happens to some. That's it 10/03/2012
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Worked fine for about an hour After about an hour of use, the spray adjustment would not work. Then water started to leak out around the power adjustment band causing a loss of power at the head. Pretty nice while it worked, but I was hoping for more than an hour. 05/30/2010
Rated 1 out of 5★ by broke down very quickly Assembled fine. Confusing start info--need to do 2 things, which was not clear in booklet but had to read in small print on the machine. The second switch looks like it goes to the detergent dispenser.Only has one attachment with option for stream or fan spray. Nevertheless, it worked well for 20 minutes (yay! how exciting!) when it made a funny sound (uh oh), started to quickly decrease in pressure (oh no! this can't be happening!), and then started smoking (darn!!! putting it mildly). Return to the store went smoothly, though, even though it was a pain to go through all this for nothing. This just reconfirmed the need to get a gas powered washer after learning that electric ones are notorious for breaking down...Waste of time. Everything is still moved off the deck and only a couple panels are clean :-( Time to shop for a gas powered washer...The value would be good if it lasted. But, for only 20 minutes of washing, it's a poor value. 06/16/2012
Rated 2 out of 5★ by Just OK Very cheaply made, wheels keep falling off, wand does not fit in holder unless taken apart, unstable when standing upright, despite these shortcomings it does work very well. If using a extension cord you may have to try different types to get power. 04/11/2010
Rated 1 out of 5★ by 1800 PSI Pressure Washer - Low water Pressure This 1800 PSI Pressure Washer has no more power than a garden hose with an adjustable nozzle attached to it. The engine cut off about every minute, so that it would not overheat. Your buyers really need to take a close look at this product. Overall I was very disappointed. By the way, thank you for your easy no hassle return policy. I will continue to shop with Walmart on-line. 07/13/2012
Rated 2 out of 5★ by Great pressure washer !!!! This pressure washer is great for washing your driveway or car. I thought since the PSI 1800 would do the job for me in pressure washing my house but it didn't not enough pressure in product. I have to hold the wand an inch from house in order to clean it, too much work. If you want to pressure wash your house I recommend that you get a higher PSI 2500 or higher. 01/06/2012
