The best!

I have two cats and have an automatic litter box that I use at home and a manuel litter box that I use when traveling in my RV. I use these liners in the "travel" litter box and it is the greatest! I put in the liners and fill the box with litter before leaving home. Each day I lift the top liner out and the "poo" is traped while the clean litter sifts onto the next liner. I put the removed top liner that is now filled just with "poo" in a plastic grocery bag and tie it up and toss it in the trash. I don't do anything else to their litter box except occasionally add a little more litter to the pan from time to time if needed. One box of liners lasts over a week for my cats. What could be easier while traveling!!!

An up-stairs neighbor moved out and left her momma cat and 4 kittens behind. I now have 5 cats. I have had cats my entire life and I can not stress enough what an amazing product these sifting cat pan liners are. If you have a litter box you must have this product!!! I wish I had invented them. Clumping litter and sifting cat pan liners will make cleaning your litter box so easy that your house will never smell like a litter box. I buy them by the case!!!!

These sifters really work! They make it easy to clean up your cat's litter and are very sturdy and do not break apart when you lift it out to sift and throw away. Highly recommend this!

  • Product has no draw string - would probably make the product too expensive.

  • No, it comes with a gigantic (and easily chewed off) rubber band that's supposed to hold the product in place.

  • No. There are 10 sheets that have drainage holes and 1 solid sheet that goes on the bottom. To use, take off the rubber binder, then gather the top liner edges and let the clean litter drain through, after throw out the soiled liner, replace rubber binder and you're good to go.

  • It comes with a giant rubber band that goes around the rim of the top of the litter box. It works great for most normal size boxes. I have a deep box and it works because I have a top that snaps on the bottom tray so I dont have to use the rubber band.

  • No, it does not have a drawstring. It is secured to the box by folding the liners over the sides of the box and wrapping a rubber band around the rim (the rubber band is provided.)

  • They do not but you don't really need them to make it work well.

  • No there is no drawstring. There is a huge rubber band that goes around the edge of the cat box to hold all the liners in place. You just release the top liner and pull all four sides together. You have to wiggle the liner to get the unused cat litter through the holes, but it really is easy and then you just gather all four sides together and put in a garbage bag. EASY!

  • No, this product does NOT have a drawstring. I tie opposite corners together. all (4) four, then lift out of litterbox and shake litter out. This leaves only feces and clumped urine. Your hands need never touch this crud.

  • No, it doesn't. There is a big, long rubber band to go around the box & hold them in place.

I use a large rubbermaid tote bin for a cat litter box (29" x 19") with a hole cut in the side for entrance in the box. How big are the liners and will they work for this kind of box? Also, can they be reused if you just dispose of the waste and not the whole liner? Thank you. Linda
by an anonymous customer 11/1/2011
  • The perforated liners are stacked on a solid liner which is positioned at the bottom, next to the litter box. You just remove one layer at a time, sift the litter from the solid waste and bingo your cat has a nice clean box. As I'm getting heavier use from the litter, I use a sprinkle or two of Arm and Hammer litter box deodorizer to keep everything fresh..

  • I use large totes for litter boxes as well. There is no way to secure the liners around the "door" that is cut into the side. I also don't think that they're large enough to reach the top of the bin. I used them in a smaller litter box for my 20 yr. old kitty. I also don't think that are strong enough to wash and reuse.

  • No. As large as these liners are (and they are very large) they will not go up the sides of a Rubbermaid (flip top) tote.

  • It seems like you might need a new box. On the upside, you can reuse them but I would recommend protective gloves if doing so!

  • I think your tote bin might be a bit too big for these liners, but at only $3 a box, you might want to go ahead and try it. They cannot be reused. You load up ten sifters and one liner without holes then pour the litter in on top of all of them. You just remove the rubber band that holds them onto the box, gather up the edges of the top sifter, let the good litter sift out and tie up the ends of the used sifter or put it straight into the garbage and voila you have a box with clean litter. I guess you could just throw out the poo and save the sifting sheet somehow, but if you are going to go to all that trouble, you might as well just keep sifting by hand.

  • I use a large litter box with high sides. I remove the sifting liner about two to three times a week and the scooper in between. There is a solid non sifting liner at the bottom. That is when I change everything. try them you will like them

  • I don't think the liners would reach the top of a tote bin. And then there would be the issue of securing the sides in place, since it is designed to fold over the sides and secure with an elastic band around the rim. The liners held up to many days of scratching by my two cats (they have all of their claws), so if you wanted to stretch them further by placing the liner back in the box I suppose you could, but it would add a lot of hassle and might take away from the ease that the liners are designed to provide.

  • The liners are extra large. I have the biggest cat box out there and the liners are bigger than the box. I think the Extra Large Size would be ideal.
