21 inches is correct . It is lower to the ground than your "typical" trampoline but its perfect for the younger kids and no, there is no chance of them hitting the ground.

I beleive that 21 inches refers to the height off the ground. The actual overall height is closer to 7ft with netting in place.

This trampoline is short enough for my 2 1/2 year old can climb in by himself, so yes it is shorter than a traditional trampoline.

Weight wise it can hold quite a bit, but I would definitely say the age range for this trampoline because of its size should be 2-10.

The wieght limit says on booklet that came with it to be 175 lbs. it doesnt really say an age limit, but my husband is 140 lbs he got on it to test it lol he was having a good time and he's 60.

Recommended weight limit is 175 lbs. I would say ages 3-10 would be correct. I am an adult male weighing 190lbs and I can go inside with my 3 year old to play. I don't stand up or jump but it is definiteley strong enough for me to sit in it and play with them.

We had no problems with ours. I always find it best to take a picture and send it with an email of their size and description to the company. That way it's clear to them what you may or may not need. Maybe you've already done that. Just my two cents.

well just 1 or 2...one i put in too tight and it snapped off(my Fault) and the other just kept spinnin round, but i am handy and drilled new hole and its all well.

Yes, some of mine fit and some didn't so I just used som screws I already had for some holes, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get screws in every hole and it's held up very well for the everyday use it has had for 3 months now.

The screws fit but you have to use a DRILL the directions do not say that but the holes are not threaded.

They were a little tight at first but once you get them going they are fine. They are designed to fit tight.

They aren't too big I had problems with mine too. I forgot to mention that part in my review but I thought the screws weren't going to go in with out stripping them. I have no idea how I got each one but you have to be persistent and if this makes sense there's a point you have to get past then they turn easier.

The large screws are used to attach the net poles to the base. You should have eight of them.

The hardware for this trampoline is all random...if you get the right bolts & screws you'll be lucky! We bought new bolts to put the legs on, and used the big ones it came with to put the support poles on! Don't use those small screws!!! They will break in half!
