This toy is super basic, only one switch for wall, ground, off. The later dot really needs to be very close in front of the car so I doubt two cars would get mixed up very often unless constantly crossing paths.

Is there different frequency settings so you can run more than one at a time?

It will not work with any texture whatsoever. You need basically painted drywall with smooth to the touch, no orange peel.

I have very smooth walls and it won't even work on those. It barely worked on the floor. :(

What if you have drywall that has texture? Does it prevent the car from adhering? Its a new home, so not radical texture.

No it doesn't it needs smooth indoor surfaces to work well.

No...I would say no, because even on the flat dry walls with paint, any little infraction made it stop or fall off. Though I do not have these types of walls, I would say that it wouldn't work on textured walls.

What I like Is that you charge it. It's different then other cars that it rides on the wall. Kids loved it and went back to it after playing with other toys.

The point and shoot laser to assist in making the car defy gravity all over the place is the most ingenious toy car ever. Even my husband loved it as it races on the floor then easily climbs the sides of the wall and even doors. I highly recommend it, and it is worth every penny! This product was given to me complimentary by the company for review.

Great Car Toy For Any Boys

My 6 year old son LOVES this toy! All he wants to do is show all of his friends and family how cool it is! He typically has a short attention span when it comes to toys, but he continues to play with the Zero Gravity Laser Racer day after day after getting it as a promotion from the brand. He likes it best when he's driving on the ceiling (yes, it really works!) - he is literally giddy when playing with it. It's also really sturdy - it's fallen from the ceiling a few times and off the wall a few times and nothing has happened to it, probably because the car itself is so light weight. It also drives well on the walls, although it works best on walls without a lot of pictures or doorways. One thing to know - it doesn't automatically go from the walls to ceiling as it can't maneuver around the creases...you have to either put it on the wall or on the ceiling. With that said, it's so easy to drive, even my three year old can do it! The only downside is that takes six AA batteries, but it doesn't seem to drain them as quickly as some other toys.

My son enjoys this wonderful toy. The toy held his attention as long as an electronic game.
