When using this product Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs, the risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if you use more than directed or for longer than directed.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
Directions
This product does not contain directions or complete warnings for adult use. Do not give more than directed. Shake well before using. Find right dose. If possible, use weight to dose, otherwise use age. Repeat dose every 6-8 hours, if needed. Do not use more than 4 times a day. Measure only with the dosing cup provided. Dosing cup to be used with children's advil suspension only. Do not use with other products. Dose lines account for product remaining in cup due to thickness of suspension. Weight: under 24 lb--age: under 2 yr: ask a doctor. Weight: 24-35 lb-- age: 2-3 yr: 1 tsp. Weight: 36-47 lb--age: 4-5 yr: 1.5 tsp. Weight: 48-59-- age: 6-8 yr: 2 tsp. Weight: 60-71 lb--age: 9-10 yr: 2.5 tsp. Weight: 72- 95 lb--age: 11 yr: 3 tsp.

Fast working pain relief I received a free sample of childrens Advil. My son had an ear infection which developed in the middle of the night and he was crying from the pain. A short time after giving him a dose of the children's Advil, he was able to sleep comfortably until the next morning when we could see a doctor. This not only made my son happy, but the rest of the family as well, otherwise it would have been a sleepless night for all of us. I can always trust the Advil brand. 03/24/2012
A Good Fever Reducer For Kids I received a bottle of Advil Fever Reducer for free from Smiley360 to review. My 2 year old used it when she got sick. The taste of this medicine is better than most children's medicines. We didn't have to struggle with her taking it. The fever reduced within an hour. I followed the directions for dosage and it was a good amount for her age. The only con I have about the Advil is that it is a bit pricey compared to other medicines on the market. Otherwise it is a good product for children to use during sicknesses. 03/23/2012
