Rated 2 out of 5★ by littleRedBows The Hutch is smaller than i was expecting (even after measuring it out based on the dimensions given), The down fall is if you use this out side most rabbits will dig there way out since there is no flooring second the hutch part has a plastic pooppan but there is no wire floor above it so the rabbits are sitting in the pooppan makes for lots of cleaning, assembly took 5 min super easy and im making modifications my self that meet my needs the worst part was shipping, it took 8 days to get to me ,the quality is good though cant complain to much just wish the description was more in-depth and for the questions about the run it does come with the hutch, its great for smaller rabbits if you have Flemish Giants or any of that size id look else where for a cage. thanks for reading . enjoy 04/20/2013
Rated 3 out of 5★ by FrederickDTh Significant Assembly Required! This took much longer than I expected to put together - like an hour. It is very easy to get mixed up and put the 7 sides of the enclosure on upside down or backwards, and then have to re-do. IF the tray is not sliding in and staying you have one of the panels on backwards. In addition, several of the holes where screws were supposed to go were not even drilled (the holes to screw the run to the house, and the holes to attach the ladder to the little house opening.) Expect to have to get the electric drill out. (Note when you put the roof on there are holes to put the screws on the roof, but no corresponding holes on the top of the house - just screw it in, the wood is soft enough that the screws will go in.)There is no bottom to this hutch, which is great to give access to grass underneath and can be moved around so your rabbits or chickens can do your weeding for you, but make sure to use something to secure it to the ground to protect from racoons tipping the whole thing over - I used wire U-rings like the kind you use to keep drip lines in place. Also the latches are super easy for racoons to open and no way to lock. If you have coons in your area then use a piece of wire to wrap around the door and keep closed. The wire is small 1/2 inch squares so racoons can't get their paws through. It is a cute house, and the window pane actually has a plastic window ( I thought it would be open to the air.) The tray has a nice sunken plastic liner that is easy to empty. This house would be sufficient for two standard sized rabbits or two chickens, but woudn't be particularly roomy for them. An adult rabbit stretched out would be about half the length of the whole hutch. 04/12/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Bayougyrl Cute but doesn't work for me First it is smaller than I expected. I wanted to use it for inside so that wasn't the issue. The issue I have with it is i can't fit a potty pan in there. The door opening is not very big! If the top opened up for cleaning and getting the bunny out it would be much better. Also it is hard to clean the bottom with only that one door. Can't get in the corner under the house. 08/02/2014
