No problem with start up and operation of the computer. Was very glad you could still order this computer with Windows 7.

Satisfied Customer

I loved the look, feel and size of this computer but once I signed in, trojan windows popped up, sometimes 3 or 4, one on top of the other. I was never able to download Firefox because malware windows prevented me from viewing the internet. I couldn't download the software for my wireless mouse, because, you guessed it, several malware windows popped up and prevented it. After a few hours, I gave up as did a friend who also tried to make it work.

I have been using computers for more than 20 years but this was a first. Because a sticker on the bottom of the computer was bent and soiled, I wonder if it had been bought and returned by an inexperienced user who inadvertently downloaded malware. I'm afraid this experience may have turned me off on what is probably a very good computer.

Loaded with malware

cd drive would not work--called Acer support and they told me computer was out of warranty--told them I just purchased it from Walmart 3 days ago & they indicated that the manufacture date was August 2014 and one year warranty had expired-- I thought warfranties began on date of purchase???
Screen colors lack intensity and are not adjustable??
