Rated 4 out of 5 by HangTime187 Works Good Base has scratch, but other than that very good monitor. Power light is blue, orange in stand by mode. Has 1 DVI-D (Dual Link) port and 1 VGA port. Ordered the monitor on-line with normal shipping, got it next day FedEx. 11/02/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Druidshead Is as promised. Could be cheaper Teh monitor is and does all that was promised. I wish it had an extension on the pedastal so the height could be adjusted but a few telephone books perform that function. As a refurbished item it could be cheaper but still a good value. 10/20/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 Fuzzy screen in areas... easily fixed with setting I got this refurbished and it is a really good price for something this big and crystal clear. It was the best priced monitor for its size at the time of purchase. Please note that this is technically larger than a 23" screen, but it can't be listed as a 24" because it is just under that mark. Yes, the settings are a little weird to navigate, but there are pictures and words (in English) to help you with it. When I first got it out of the box, the base was packed on the screen-side instead of the back of the monitor which made me nervous but no damage was done. No other damage (dents, scratches, etc) were found on neither the monitor nor the cords. There were also a few areas on the monitor that were "fuzzy" or "shakey" while on and text was hard to read, but that was easily fixed with tweaking a few settings (focus or refresh rate I believe) on the actual monitor, not the computer, so don't freak out :). My ONLY complaint is that there is no HDMI port, but I can live without. Otherwise, the resolution is awesome and the colors are amazing. I would definitely recommend. Good job, Acer. 02/28/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by ricord It Went POOF! I thought that I had a good deal. when I opened the package it had a very strong odd plastic odor but I blew that off. I hooked it up and ran it about 30 minutes and it QUIT. Then the odd odor became a HOT PLASCTIC ODOR......IT SMOKED ITSELF. I can't fault Walmart but I don't believe this thing was ever refurbished by the contractor that was SUPPOSED REBUILD IT.No problem with the return as aways, Walmart was gracious. PS: I bought a new DELL. 02/10/2013
