Rated 5 out of 5 by NOVAFishing Cardinal 400i Combo I purchased the Cardinal 400i Combo a week ago and I have to say this is the best combo I have ever used. It's easy to use and is very comfortable to handle when your out fishing for hours. The cast is smooth and the return is even better. I had been away from fishing for 15 years and when I was looking to buy a new rod I came to Abu Garcia. Abu Garcia makes the best and if your looking to get back into the sport of fishing I recommend buying the Cardinal 400i. The first time I used this combo I caught a 3.5 lb large mouth bass and I owe it all to the Abu Garcia Cardinal 400i. 08/10/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by lip ripper NC great buy! i recently bought this combo in the 5'6" ultralight version. it is awesome! you can not find a better combo for the same price anywhere. casts great, very well balanced, amazing sensitivity and as always great durability from abu garcia. i spooled it with berkley fireline 6lb test and it is absolutely flawless. the ONLY thing i do not like about it is the rod is a 2 piece. but that is just a personal preference it does not take anything away from this combo. great buy for anyone fishing trout or smallmouth bass! 07/23/2011
