Excellent Quality, Outstanding Value This took my daughter and I a solid 2 hours to get together. It fit together properly without any problems. When I picked up the order from the local Walmart, the box had taken a beating. I was hesitant to take it home, but decided it was worth the risk. Once I got it home I did an inventory check and all was well. By the time I got the to desktop, I found a large scratch along the surface. I called them up late Friday evening and they were closed. Found their website on the paperwork and ordered a replacement. Just got shipping confirmation on replacement, it will be here Monday! Excellent service. Love the bed.It really gives my son's small room a lot more space. I did however think it was a single size, but it works. Just have to removes his ceiling fan. My only complaint is about 6-8 of the holes do NOT line up and I cannot put in the screws. They aren't any that would cause a safety concern. For one shelf, I was only able to match up one hole. I did mark on the diagrams which ones didn't match and will call them. 10/21/2011
I bought this bed to save space in my small room, and being as small as I am I find that the bed is well worth the money. I spent weeks looking around for something about the same size and this was the least expensive one I could find. I will say if your short (like me) you will need an extra hand. And give it a couple of days to settle and tighten up the bolts. Other then that I've had no problems. No squeaking and nothing was damaged when I got it home and out of the box. 10/13/2011
BUY IT!!!! This bed is perfect!!! It opens up my room sooooo much!!! You need 3 people to put it together, 2 to put it together 1 to read the instructions. It was pretty easy to put it together. The desk is HUGE! It's plenty of room to do homework and to study. I have a small circle chair under my bed to read on. I don't fit under the bed without stooping over, and im 5'7", but it hasnt been a huge problem. I love this bed, its the best! 10/12/2011
