Incredible I am on my second week with this machine and i can definitely feel a difference and actually have kept with it every night! you can feel a burn so you know it is working and i already do the beginner and intermediate levels. Wonderful product! 08/04/2008
Helpful This is the same product available thourgh -As seen it on TV- without the shipping costs and not to forget easy returns at walmart.It is definitely easier to do abs with this unit, but it is not for people who are obese. People with lot of tummy fat might find it very difficult to operate. Very easy to install and doesnt take a lot of space. Great buy for a $ 100 bucks- dont like it? Just return!Like everyother excersise machine, you ll need to consider proper diet. Do forget to do some good streching postures after doing the abs on this unit. 08/04/2008
Ad rocket has changed our lives I took the ad rocket home for me and now I have to wait for turn, for all the family is using it and in the first week you can see that better changes are coming, we are all having a smaller tummy. Hope this continues and I can get again the shape I used to have before I gained so many pounds... 08/01/2008
