Just started using this phone a couple of days ago but I already am very satisfied with it jsut wish I had bought this one sooner.I have been a previous customer of a regular cell phone company for a long period of time and really wanted a phone like this one but was determined I did not want to sign a contract so this phone was a perfect fit for me. 03/19/2012

It won't turn on at all and started breaking by not letting me touch the screen. Before all this happened it was fine but now it won't even turn on, save your money and buy a better phone! 05/22/2012

I did experience problems with service when I went out of the area which is some cause for concern since that is when you would want the sercurity of staying in touch the most. However, until I can afford a provider that has the capability of a more extended service I guess I could do worse than this phone. 10/23/2012

There is no dictionary or spell check, which causes very low ratings. The keyboard is small, so it's all too easy to spell a non-word without knowing.
