Exactly what I needed~Thank you AT&T I'm SOOO happy with this headset. I just started working 1/2 time from home and 1/2 time from the office. I wear a corded headset at the office all day and needed that option from home. However, I wanted to be able to move around the house freely while taking in calls. I thought I was going to have to pay $300 for a cordless headset and came across this wonderful product and was very pleasantly surprised. I am on this headset for 8 hours a day from home and can do cleaning, walk to my basement to do wash, it's incredible. The feature of being able to turn on the headset on the ear piece is a lifesaver too-Love the mute for conference calls I'm only having to listen too! Thanks so much for making this product-I recommend it to EVERYONE! 01/19/2011
EXCELLENT BUY! I am so pleased with my AT&T Headset! Clear, Crisp, and with Volume Control. Price was alittle' steep, but considering the (4) $20.00 cheap corded headsets I purchased in the last few years; the price was money well spent! This is a well made product. My Mother purchased one too! She and I can yak all day while cleaning our houses and cooking! I would definitely recommend this to a friend! 01/09/2011
Excellent headset I work from home a couple days a week, and wanted to get a high-quality headset that allows roaming around my home while I am on phone calls. This is the best headset I have ever had - I like it so much that I bought another one within a month. Together with my AT&T cordless phones and Comcast Digital Voice, I (and my counterparts) enjoy excellent sound quality. This is particularly important as I deal with many foreign meeting participants, for example from India, China, and Italy. The headset has a 500ft range (I have not tested this, but I have a 3,300 sqft 2-story home and have no loss of quality anywhere inside the home, or outside in my yard). Finally, the headset can be muted, which is helpful when my dog starts barking (to avoid these embarrassing moments).The only drawback was the operating manual, which was IMHO a but confusing in regards to the pairing process, but after calling AT&T, my concerns were addressed within 10 minutes.DEFINITELY recommend! good voice quality the product is excellent. voice is very clear and strong. it has two call waiting. But the3 head bands included with the headset are loose. I have to use a hair clip to hold it. or maybe my head is too small for it? 11/18/2010
