AT&T 4-Line Basic Phone System with Speakerphone 4 5
Great instrument The AT&T 1040 solved many problems for our small business (museum) and I have already recommended it to others. If you have a DSL line for the computer intergrated into your phone lines, you will probably need a professional installer, however. We had to get special help. If you don't have a DSL line, it will probably work just plugging it up yourselves. I am happy to recommend it. 04/02/2009
No Caller ID I can't believe they still sell phones without caller ID. I would not have bought this phone had I realized it did not have caller ID. I am disappointed with it. 09/30/2011

not bad for price This is a great starter phone for small biz, however, I would recommend to buy the 1070 model as it has caller ID. All the options work great and it can be expanded to 16 stations 09/14/2010
