be higher for calls to/from mobile phones, and U.S. in-state rates may be higher.
In-state calling rates may be higher:
For in-state calls, a call that begins and ends in the same state, PrePaid Card minutes are deducted at the following rates per one minute of actual talk time depending upon which state the call is made within.
If you call within the following states, the rates are as follows:DC, IL, IN, MA, NM, RI, TX, USVI = 1 minute deducted for each minute talked (150 minutes of maximum talk-time).
AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, GA, HI, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PR, SC, TN, UT, WI, WV = 3 minutes deducted for each minute talked (50

AT&T 150-Minutes US & International Rechargeable PrePaid Phone Card 11 15
not good on international calls I bought this card intending to use it to call my husband in scotland. I knew I wasn't going to get the full 150 min but I was curious as to how many I'd actually get since it was a really good price for the card. 7 minutes was all I got to a UK cell number. Not worth the money if you're making international calls 03/14/2009
beware if you live in one of the states where it costs $5 to call in your state. you will only get 30 minutes on this card not 150 minutes. 08/08/2008
NO GOOD I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AT&T PREPAID CALLING CARD. I GOT A TOTAL OF AROUND 20 TO 25 IN STATE MINUTES AND IT WAS 150 MINUTE CARD.. 10/31/2009
Not What I Expected The 150 minute phone card was not what I expected. Since it was pictured with the phone I thought it was minutes for the phone but it wasn't and since the code was rubbed off I could not return it. So now I'm stuck with a phone card I have no use for. 03/21/2010
