Please tell me if this product come with the dock in this images...

    • A. The image and item listing is somewhat confusing. Use this tablet is meant to be paired with the keyboard dock. But at this price point is is NOT included. Some sites will offer a kit version (tablet + dock) for around 650.00. By itself, the keyboard dock is between 160-180.00 online. Any site using the stock tablet and dock image should clearly specify the dock is an ADDITIONAL purchase.

    • A. The dock can be found here (on Walmart): http://www.walmart.com/ip/Asus-TF101-Docking/16474475?wmlspartner=AKGBlS8SPlM&sourceid=42683596350890707344 It comes separately in the USA. It is available now, but it's sold out pretty much almost everywhere. There is a very high demand for it now, you would be hard pressed to find one available for a while. My suggestion (Walmart will not suggest or endorse this, but it's a wonderful site): nowinstock.net - awesome site. Select Asus Tablet Accessories. The site is how I was able to get the Transformer tablet from Walmart. It will alert you to when the product comes in stock - you can limit the selection to Walmart if you prefer.

    • A. There are a few different ways to access your account. You can access Yahoo Mail through a web browser. If you have Yahoo Mail Plus, you can enable POP3 access, and use the GMail App to access and read your Yahoo Mail. Or you can install the Yahoo Android App (written by Yahoo) and access Yahoo mail with it.

    • A. There are apps available that provide PDF viewing and even some allow you to create PDF's from documents you have saved in this device. Some of the simple viewer type PDF apps are free. Others that provide additional features do cost something. Depends on your needs which is better for you.

I bought this because I needed something I could put ebooks on and do homework on. It hooked up to wifi and soon as i turned it on. i updated the software and was instantly downloading apps in the android market. its a nice size screen made watching movies and shows so easy and enjoyable. You can not use skype or oovoo to video chat. only fring, and not too many have fring. but skype is going to update their software so that you can. also you can not get on netflix yet. the touch screen is really good. I had the occasion where my 2 year old son would blow on it and he manage to open an app. you can play games, get on facebook, check your emails. messengeres like yahoo, aim, gmail, all work. the camera quality i find good. better than a cellphone. it does everything a laptop can do. I will suggest getting the docking station if you are not use to typing long papers on the touch screen. this tablet is also great for twitter. My son who is 2 can use it with easy. So its recommend for all ages in my opinion.

This is my second tablet, the first one being the Viewsonic gTablet...I won't make any comparisons. I use my Asus TF everyday...I read comic books using an app found on the marketplace called Perfect Viewer, I read books on the stock reader, check email, read my favorite news feeds using an app called Pulse, listen to music on Pandora radio, browse the internet, play some ok games once and a while and use the GPS. I do see some light bleed when the screen is on a dark/black page. I think the usb cable which is also used for charging is way to short. You will find Honeycomb is a little glitchie yet but over all this tablet was well worth the money and would recommend it to everyone over any android tablet currently available. I haven't purchased the keyboard yet and am not in any big hurry to do so...This as a tablet only suits me just fine.

Not only is the idea (keyboard dock) a great idea for people looking to replace/buy a netbook. But for the ability to do all of this and still be cheaper than wifi only versions of other tablets is insane. Overall the tablet has become even better now that Google released Honeycomb 3.1 for the Transformer. You will not regret this purchase.

The pricing on the product was perfect and on point. I got the actual tablet paired with the keyboard dock and it makes for a good combination. At a price point of $400 and with specs that matched up with other tablets in the higher price range ($600-$800), this one was definitely a good deal. The tablet itself is a great idea, looks great, and feels pretty good. There were a few quality control issues such as a gap between the screen and the bezel on the side of the screen, VERY MINOR light bleed (which is a problem on most screens), one spec of dust under the rear camera lens, and a bit of a creak when holding it until the plastic settles right. Alongside that, the power button could be a bit easier to push and it could have come with a longer charging cable. Overall, it was a great piece of hardware with an amazing display screen, a lot of processing power, decent speakers, responsive touch screen, great software, and a stylish look with a good gripping back. It is a good replacement for a laptop IF you are looking for something super portable, with great battery life, and mostly use your laptop for watching movies, browsing the internet, doing some word processing, and playing games. As far as the Android Honeycomb software, clearly anyone familiar with it knows that there are still bugs that need to be worked out, but that is consistent with every Android powered tablet, and not just this one in particular. Once upgrades come, it will work even more flawlessly. I would recommend this product to others.

My wife wanted a tab for her birthday, I of course wanted to make her happy but having so many choices in the tab market it was really hard for me to make up my mind. I then started my research, after many days of research and past my wifes bday I was sold on the IPAD. Nothing seem to be as comparable as the IPAD specially for the solid good price of $499.00 but the IPAD just didnt do it for me. Mty wife and I are solely lovers of the android market and are discuss by apple and their followers, just couldnt find the right device. Then we heard about the transform and onece more I started my research. I encourage you dig in and do your reseach, once you do that I can guarantee that you will find out that this is probable the best tab and the best price. ASUS is a great and quickly growing company that has promess to out sold every company in tablets but apple and they are doing it. BEST TAB EVER!!!
