A product that does the job Having tried a variety of solutions for stress incontinence, I have found that Assurance Male Guards are more absorbent than any others. Although they absorb a considerable amount, there is no feeling of the pad being soaked. In a few words, they work for me. 05/08/2010
value and quality Having had prostate removal some years ago, one of the prime dysfunctions of the process is incontinence. I have tried numerous other male guards at a considerably higher price and found even the major brand such as depends to be much less effective and prone to leakage. Have been using Assurance male guards and pants since my son was injured in a car accident. I've tried them all and these are the best by far. The pants were better before they were improved but still prefer over other brands. Good value. Everyone must agree because the shelves are almost empty when I go to stock up. 02/25/2011
