Yes. It is slightly domed to push moisture to the side troughs... should drain any internal moisture. It also keeps the dog off the ground with an air barrier underneath the plastic floor. Probably makes it quite a bit warmer in the winter.

Great shelter. I purcased this for feral cats on my property. Also purchased Wamart pet heated pad for cool nights. They go in the shelter every night which I keep in my back sreened patio. They love there new shelter which has plenty of room inside and it also looks great. You cant beat Walmart prices.
