Damaged from shipping When I opened my kennel, right away I was disappointed to see TONS of scratches and rub marks on the bars due to no packing or foam in between them. Also, once I got the panels all out, I noticed one of them was bent in like someone had put something super heavy on top of them.While I was putting it together and tightening up the bolts, 2 of them snapped off! I wanted to get the joints tight so the panels didn't flex when I moved them.Other than those issues, I am so far satisfied with my purchase. It has successfully kept my dog from escaping for two weeks now! :)Thank you! 08/04/2011
