Exactly as expected, when expected.

This book is the required textbook that you must study to be able to pass the Project Management Institute' s PMP exam. You must study and be able to regurgitate the information. It is definitely not light reading. It is pape upon page of the process and steps. It does not matter what I really think, it is required is logging.

It provides all of the information needed to pass the exam and the book is thick. I was told that I will need to read it 3 times per the class and if you can do it - You're a Rock Star!

Required Reading for the CAPM and PMP

The text is very dry, but meets PMP certification requirements....Really dull writing style though and too verbous and the examples are not sufficiently focused.
Again, this book is the bible for anyone contemplating to acquire the PMP cert, so, hunker down, try really hard to focus on the convoluted language, read it, then move on to practicing the formulas, practice the 1500 or so test sample questions and move on.
