It's an all black tattoo, but it held the color, helped it heal, and saved me money on expensive tattoo ointment.I have a new baby and when he got diaper rash, desitin creamy and johnson's diaper cream did NOTHING. It was getting more irrated until I switched to A&D and it was totally gone inside 2 days. I won't be buying anything else. 07/01/2010
