Book Information

The following content was provided by the publisher.
After years apart, Mick and Megan O'Brien are finally ready to make it official...again. Most of their grown children couldn't be happier about their rekindled love and impending marriage this holiday season. Only Connor is a holdout. Driven to become a divorce attorney after what he views as his mother's abandonment of their family, Connor's not about to give his blessing to this reunion romance.
The last thing Megan wants to do is hurt her family again. After all, is she really sure she and Mick can make it this time around? And when an unexpected delivery causes chaos, it seems only a miracle can reunite this family.
Of course, it "is" Christmas--the season of miracles.

Reviews

Review by Library Journal (2010-10-15)

Divorced for years, Megan and Mick O'Brien have finally reconciled, and New Year's Eve seems the perfect time for them to retie the knot-and most of their children agree. However, when their youngest son, Connor, an anti marriage divorce attorney who still blames Megan for walking out on the family, furiously objects, Megan begins to question the wisdom of their decision. Everyone gets involved in this lively story that beautifully depicts the prickly, often humorous relationships of a family trying to resolve its issues with love and understanding.

Verdict: Infused with the warmth and magic of the season, Woods's fourth addition to her popular, small-town series once again unites the unruly, outspoken, endearing O'Brien clan in a touching, triumphant tale of forgiveness and love reclaimed. Woods (Honeysuckle Summer) divides her time between Colonial Beach, VA, and Key Biscayne, FL.
