Rated 3 out of 5★ by Unogreatdad A Come On??? I don't know a thing about Yoga. I'm not sure if it will take months, years, or perhaps I'll never be able to get into these poses. But, if you sign up on their website for $5.00 per week, you can find out things like how to "cheat" until you develop flexibility, etc. So, is this DVD just a "come on" to sell their $5.00 per week ($260.00 per year) product? I think so, but I'm going to give it an effort without their website. I'm a little offended. 07/25/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by ILoveYoga03 My best Yoga DVD so far. Short but sufficient time period for each session. A focus on each session. You can combine sessions as you like. 02/21/2011

Rated 5 out of 5★ by MyPicArt Great short sessions with variety to do daily or when I have time. I'm a mom of 2 and any yoga session longer than this will have my kids getting bored and I'll have to stop anyway.Likes his style it is easy on the ear without all the meditation stuff I don't appreciate. 03/22/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Helpful12 Good workout and my children enjoy it. This reminds me of an old yoga video I use to use. That video was 60 minutes long, so I was pleased that quite a few of the same moves were involved in this video. I like that it is only 20 minutes long. My children get a big kick out of the yoga moves and are on the floor working out with me, it is great family time. In the beginning I had to work with them as they would joke around, but they like twisting and turning, they may not do it exactly like the video, but they enjoy themselves and I get to workout. I is great family fun or a workout just for me. 03/23/2012
