Rated 5 out of 5★ by Quick & Easy--No More Excuses! This workout is structured and easy to follow. With this dvd you have no more excuses of why you can't work out. 15 min goes by so fast. I normally do at least one mile before work and at the end of that 15 min, I'm pumping sweat because of the variety of movements. These workouts help tone you too and to flatten your tummy. I'm fitting in jeans that were too tight last year! 10/23/2010

It's easy to follow, keeps you motovated, she's funny, and it's a GREAT cardio workout, but not hard, anyone can do it. She even shows you how to modify the intensity when she does the "boosters". Rated 4 out of 5★ by Visual Cues off - but sweaty! I have other LS DVDs so I knew what to expect. This is a fast paced workout which will get you sweating. However if you try to match your footwork to Leslie and the audio instructions you will ALWAYS be on the wrong foot.... just go with the beat of the music and you will be fine... the frustration with the visual footwork cues is why I did not give this a 5 star rating. 03/01/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by A good choice I first learned of Leslie Sansone on Comcast (demand). I then purchase a few of her dvd's to change up my rountines. I purchase this DVD, and I must say that the challenge that is offered in the DVD is awesome. I have lost almost 20 pounds, and I am telling everyone that I know to try any of Leslie Sansone's DVD's. I like the fact that her workout program is flexible enough for anyone to start in right away. I must say that it is hard to stop eating and do all of the right things needed to diet today, but I have found that with these DVD's you will burn calories which is a good way to lose the weight. If you are a person that could get motivated by working out with a group of people on a DVD with a plan that is not too hard to do, I truly recommend this DVD. 12/26/2008

Rated 2 out of 5★ by The constant loud laughing... Yeah, its the constant loud, irritating laughing that she does constantly throughout the workout, so distracting & for no reason. Wish I could just listen to the music instead of her! Besides, she acts like she has no idea of what to do next. Movements are choppy, not in sync with music, & she is so lost in her conducting this workout its ridiculous! Disappointing! 04/04/2014
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great workout The weather turned and I needed some new Leslie videos to keep my mojo flowing. This is my third Leslie video and by far the most intense. It builds up faster than some of the others, and is longer than any of the others I own. In spite of this, it actually seems to go by quickly when you're doing it. (I don't find myself watching the clock at all on this one.) I enjoy the group setting, the options of doing just the miles you want, the "boosted" walking, and the stretchie band in Mile 4. At one point in the video one of the other walkers takes over for a bit, and it tickles me for some reason to see how sweaty Leslie is after that part. I usually do the full 4 miles and find myself very challenged in this one.This video also has the best stretching segment of all the ones I own. The other ones feel hurried and like more of an afterthought - not this one.The only thing I don't care for on this video is the funky angles the camera sometimes takes. Esp with the stretchie band part. It's sometimes hard to see exactly what position they're arms are in when the camera is coming from up top. But it's not that big a deal, just had to pay a little closer attention the next time.Overall it's a great workout. The variations on the four basic moves, the boosted walking, and the great stretch make this one a definite go-to video in my library. I have lost 30 lbs since August doing nothing but walking and these videos and making small adjustments in my diet. You can do this at home without a huge investment...and these videos definitely help! 01/05/2010
