It is a treat to be able to have a GREAT pizza, AMAZING muffins, cookies, and cakes again. The recipes are easy to make and taste great! 01/07/2011
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Good I was a little surprised that the book inside is black and white pictures but so far the information is very helpful and the recipes seem to be well worth the trouble. Since it is gluten free, it is usually more complicated and the recipe book explains things very well, as well as explaining the ingredients and their different uses in the gluten free lifestyle. 11/05/2012
