I bought this vacuum for the stairs, but I use it more to vacuum out my van. with the extra long cord it is easy to use and I dont' have to dig out extension cords to do the entire flight of stairs. I have recommended this little vacuum and will continue to do so. Yes, it can be a pain to clean out the filter, but that goes along with having anything bagless.

I bought this to take care of my throw pillows and furniture. With 5 cats I'm always vacuuming fur off the furniture. After taking an hour each time to vacuum furniture with the attachment on my vacuum I decided to give this a shot. I was done in less than 15 minutes with everything. It works well and has lots of power. It's got a little weight to it but for the power this has I will deal with it. I love it!!!

I got this vaccum for my carpeted stairs. It did a great job...better than I thought I had to empty the collection cup once. I used a non powered head before.
When I got to the second flight the vaccum stopped. I went down and checked the outlet. Still plugged in. Hmm. Appears to be dead. I'll return it but I'm not likely to exchange for a new one. Second Shark product that died in a short period of time.

Good suction power and very long cord. I've been needing something to use on my stairs. My only complaint is the noise and heavy weight. Overall, great price for a very useful machine.
