Rated 5 out of 5★ by AMAZING! This dvd WILL deliver results if you use it regularly!! I was a bit skeptical because I thought it might be too difficult for me as I am (or rather - WAS) way out of shape and obese... but I am SO glad that I bought it! I have lost 15 pounds in just 4 weeks since I started using it 5 days per week (along with healthier eating) and this is currently my only exercise routine. For only being a 25 min workout (per level) it is quite challenging but not SO challenging that it's unbearable. All you will need are some handweights and maybe an exercise mat or cushion for your knees if you have a hard floor. There are easier modifications for most of the exercises as well as harder ones which makes this DVD very easy to tailor to your own fitness level. When I started I could barely keep up with the "easy" stuff on level 1 but now I am keeping up with the challenging parts of level 2! I'm losing inches and pounds and honestly feel more fit than I have in years because of this DVD so I cannot recommend it enough! It was the very best $10 I have EVER spent and I would have easily paid much more if I had known how effective it would be! 04/10/2010

I am a fitness fanatic but was looking to add some variety from my standard "gym" time to something I could do at home but also get the same results. This really did the trick! Not only is it fast but you sweat sweat sweat, no matter how many times you do it. The only thing you MUST be careful of is if you have joint trouble (knee or hips), be cautious to your form when doing the level 2/3 moves. There's alot of plyo moves, but as long as you are correct in your form, you will have no problem. My legs have leaned down from doing these workouts and I have lost in the areas I needed addressing. It is the best workout dvd I have ever used:) 11/03/2009

Rated 5 out of 5★ by Inches Melting Away!! I have this one, the shred with weights and the 6 week abs. I have been going non stop between this DVD and the shred with weights for 3 weeks. I haven't lost much weight in fact I gained two pounds. I was almost upset until I measured my inches and let me say this....... I lost several inches in my waist, hips, and thighs from when I started. So the two pound weight gain is muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I could not keep up at first or even do a push up. My arms are stronger and my endurance has increased greatly. Her videos for me work a lot better than working out at the gym. I may not have a lot of pounds coming off but that's ok with me as long as though inches keep melting away. 05/16/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Worth the money! I decided to start working out 3 to 5 times a week to loose a little weight and tone up. I wanted a simple video that was effective and short. This video is just that and leaves you sweating up a storm. I did level 1 for one month and now started level 2. It is harder, but in a good way. I have already lost pounds and inches and am going to try Jillians other dvds to give myself a variety. I use 3 pound weights and somedays ( when Im not dead tired from the workout) do some extra ab and leg exercises. Its totally worth the money and the time! 04/28/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Jillian for Beginners I have met Jillian Michaels in person and this defintely has her stamp on it. With beginners, she's much more tolerant and motivational. It's not the intense Jillian you get on the Biggest Loser when she's trying to get contestants to win, but I'll settle for this. I am always amazed that it only takes 20 minutes to get a decent workout. I really feel it in my arms and back. I sweat every time and really get my heartrate up. It's definitely worth the money! 07/08/2009
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Not for People With Knee Problems Great workout with Jillian! This was my first Biggest Loser DVD and it was worth the research I did before purchasing. Only problem...not for people with knee problems.There are several lunges, jumping sumo squat and walking push-ups that I was not able to complete. I did try to work thru the pain, but was unsuccessful on some of them.Overall, it was a great workout! In 20 minutes, I was working up a sweat. I would recommend for anyone on all levels...but start at level one before you move to other levels. That way you have built up stamina. 06/30/2009
