Easy and Elegant Cookies I was always under the impression that Martha Stewart did everything the "hard way". I was so surprised when I received this book as a gift. All of the cookie recipes require very little fuss. The majority of the recipes require a minimum of ingredients and a minimum of work. There is a picture of each cookie to let you know what to expect and with very little effort, you can produce cookies that look like they came from a bakery!I have just ordered this book to give as Christmas gifts for people like me, who aspire to become a Martha Stewart clone, but just don't have the time or the strength to pull it off! I just LOVE this book (and the cookies I've baked)!!!! 11/19/2008
