Best Futon/Mattress for the price and then some I was brainstorming a way to fit 2 Full size beds into a small bedroom without going bunk bed style. I decides to build an L-shape platform bed so that the kids could have storage space underneath. It would be like a giant sectional for them to hang out in during the day. I decided to buy this futon mattress in chocolate brown because of the high reviews. I checked online at all the stores and I thought this was the best value. My boyfriend was skeptical but I saw another coil mattress at Walmart and it felt pretty firm. I am not planning to put this on a futon frame at all. It will be used as a full time mattress.It was free regular shipping to your door in 7-10 days, but we got it in just 2 days!! I was very pleasantly surprised. I read in the other post about ship to store suggestions and that it was heavy so I opted for this option instead. It is pretty heavy but it comes in a neat carry duffel bag with straps so you can kind of drag it if you have to. They delivered to my door and my 7 year old just pushed it into the room. We finished framing the beds out of 2x4 and plywood to the dimensions on the description. The mattress were the exact dimensions as stated which was nice. It's a tights squeeze to get 2 in the room. The cover was really nice and soft. It would have looked gorgeous on it's own. Regrettably, I have to put sheets on it since the beds are for 2 teenagers. The mattress is firm, and an amazing quality for the price. I think it's priced really well, since a similar coil mattress in Walmart was $200+. We are on a strict budget for the room redo. This is the first time that I ordered something online from Walmart sight unseen. I am ecstatic with this purchase!! It's only been 2 nights, but I will repost if the quality diminish over time. 06/28/2010
would by again I have only had this mattress for bout a month now its still has its shape although i cant agree with the guy who said he felt the springs being plus size. I am bout 230 me and my wife we use it to sleep on everyday. She loves the bed being pregnant she said its soft but firm I agree. Totally worth the money very comfy. I went and layed on sealy mattress at the stores and they weren't this comfy 06/25/2010
Fast Delivery I was truly impressed with the delivery time of this mattress and it was actually delivered by FedEx on a Saturday.The packing is unique as others have stated as it's vacuum packed and rolled up like a sleeping bag.I wish I had waited a few days to get this as it was $20 cheaper after I already paid for it! 06/19/2010
