Works great I replaced a very old a/c unit, so almost anything would be better than what I had. But this a/c is great! It is very quiet and does an excellent job of cooling the area. It is in a room we only use occasionally, so I didn't run the old a/c much. Because this one is so energy efficient, I have decided to run it during the day to help cool the bedroom at the top of the stairs leading from the living room. It has helped tremendously. 05/13/2011

Very good Air Conditioner So Far This air conditioner has only been installed for a few days, but my initial impression is very good. The installation was fairly easy, and the unit is cooling our large bedroom great. The remote is quite helpful, since we can control the A/C from our bed and not need to get up to adjust it, or even to turn it on and off. Our installation was a special challenge, because we have a huge stink bug problem during the summer, so I sealed every possible small crack, and even covered the openings on the outside of the unit with screen wire to prevent the stinkbugs from entering our bedroom through the A/C. Another nice feature is that this unit is much lighter than our previous one, so that I could handle it without any strain. It is also relatively quiet. 04/14/2011
