Rated 4 out of 5 Worthwhile gate to consider. We placed this gate at the bottom of our stairs. It was a little difficult to get it to fit in since there's a baseboard on the one side and the railing on the other. Our opening was too wide without using one extension and almost not wide enough when we added the small extension. We ended up putting it on the bottom step for a more secure fit. Anyway, we've been using it for several weeks, and it seems to be fine for our 13 month old. My husband added an extra clamp on the top just to secure it a little better. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the gate opening is a little on the narrow side. The delivery to my local Wal-mart store was on time and convenient. 01/26/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Meganisawesome Good price, great buy! We bought two of these gates mainly for our dogs. We were really excited about the price and very happy with the end results. They are very durable and take a hit from our dogs and our 4 year old! I would recommend putting them where they can be screwed into the wall to make them a little more sturdy, but if that is not an option it works well without. We have one screwed into the wall and one that's not. 01/23/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by adanti We use the gate to keep pets in kitchen at times .the one we had needed to be replacedwent to wal-mart online to see what they had,found "regalo easy open" placed orderwhen I receved it ,it was far better than the one i had before.easier to open and lowerbottom brace. 01/20/2012
