Cats like it... Received in reasonable amount of time to pick up at the local store. store employees were pleasant and helpful. painless pickup.Not too bad to assemble. It is quite large, heavy and awkward after assembled. It would be best to have it near its final "resting place" as it is assembled.The cats especially like to attack the mice and scratch on the posts. The top level is rarely used but the top of the house and the lower platform are popular. The "hammock" type thing seems strange for a cat and haven't seen either of ours on it.since it is heavy, it is stable even when being attacked.Overall, really nice product at a great price. 12/05/2011
