Rated 5 out of 5 by ShopperForSales Pleased So Far It is a little difficult to give a total review about this A/C, as I haven't yet used it. I wanted to get a smaller BTU to use for next summer. I was using an 8,000BTU, & decided I didn't need one that large for the area I was cooling. I did take it out of the box just to check for any damage in the shipping process & found none. So I will sell the old one next spring after this one is in the window, & operating well. Have never owned a Fridgidare before, but I think it will do the trick. 10/11/2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by sfblady a useless product In the July heat wave I could not find an AC unit in local stores. I went on line and ordered this from Walmart.com. It took 8 days to deliver it. When I opened it the power cord was sliced the entire length. This product should have never been shipped. 08/08/2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by moe3 this arrived within a week of ordering, so that i was pretty happy about, however it arrived with a huge hole in the box and 2 large dents on the air conditioner, took it the next day back to the store, they were very nice about it, ended up just buying one at store, spent alittle more money but got a larger one. happy with that one! prob wouldn't buy any appliances online anymore..can't trust the shippers! 08/09/2010
