Excellent anime series The Avatar series is the best American anime on basic cable to date. The characters are appealing to children while the plot reels in fans of all ages. Even the musical score catches and holds your attention. Great show. Worth the buy. 08/27/2007
Made my husband happy After watching the movie "Avatar - The Last Airbender, Book One" we were not enthusiastic about it. My husband then came across the TV show on the satelite and fell in love with it, but was dissappointed that he wasn't able to watch it without missing episodes. So, I got all 3 books and my husband, our 2 young boys (3-4), and I sat down and watched these as a family. Our boys no longer play "Fight!" They now play that they are the Avatar & Fire Nation. Which is great, because there's no more injuries :) 11/19/2010
Very Cool Avatar is the best show on nickoldeon and it desvise everything it gets. The aminmation is great the music is awsome and the charcters are very like able. It's also great for all ages, anyone could get into it. I think it's one of the best animations that has been brought into the world of animation. 09/07/2007
Wonderful Cartoon! If you've seen Book I then this is a must-see. Book II will captivate you and thrill you as you watch the Avatar continue on with his journey to stop the war and defeat the Fire Lord. My family really enjoyed all three books. 03/25/2010
