I'm really glad i did! This video is effective and fun. It really mixes things up if you are a workout junkie like myself. Yeah..the instructer isn't "hip" and looks like shes possibly in her mid 6o's..and the cover of the dvd looks straight out of 1982..but don't be fooled! Its well worth the money. 06/28/2009

You will enjoy this video! Joyce gets right to the point and we like that. You don't waste time and you get your workout done. Yeah the video does seem like it's from the 80's, but it works!!! We were both sore after doing this video! The breaks are only 15 seconds so make sure you are aware of this! She doens't wait for you! Just be ready with all your weights on the floor and you will get a great workout! 12/03/2009

Rated 5 out of 5★ by Ujamaa Helpful product for sculpting and toning body I like the DVD. I bought the DVD 2 weeks ago and I am starting to see results. I like the fact that Joyce talks to you and encourages you to keep going. I work out to her DVD 3 to 4 days a week and I eat healthy meals and snacks.I am 38 years old and the exercises are really helping me to get in shape and look ,and feel good in the process. Ladies it is never too late for you to get into shape and to look good, and feel good about yourself.I recommend DVD for women of all ages. 01/11/2009

First time I've purchesed it from Amazon.com and later gave it to my mom, who's 65, so she could benefit from these exercises as well. The hostess, Joice Vedral, looks funny compare to other fitness DVD "divas" but she does her job. Result comes faster than it is expected (just stick to it and don't cheat). There are three workouts on one DVD - for beginners and further "enthusiasts", so there is always a choice what to do and don't feel bored every time you think of those weights and flabby muscles:). 10/29/2008
Rated 5 out of 5★ by wellsrus Fantastic workout! Years ago I had the book that Joyce Vedral wrote and I lost about 50 pounds over the course of a year doing her weight routine. This time I saw the DVD online here at Walmart.com and thought that I would enjoy it better. I was a little rusty about the routine and to visually see her do it and to workout with her would be more fun and who knew if I was doing it right last time since I only had pictures, right? Well, it was fast paced and didn't seem real hard until we got to the abs, they were incredibly hard, but I did it and worked up a real good sweat so I know I was working. She uses small weights with alot of reps so it seemed all was well, the next day I was so sore. After a day of taking it easy I went back in and although I was again sore the next day, I knew that this was a great workout. She stagers the days so you dont work out the same area 2 days in a row and once you get past the sore stiff days it really smooths out. You do need a weight bench or a big exercise ball or something you can lie on to lift weights, at first I just used the floor, then I got a big exercise ball. After about 10 days I am allready feeling a little bit stronger and am more aware of my muscles then before. This is a fantastic workout. 05/22/2008
