Pokemon 8: Two-Disc Set

The first disc- "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew"- was everything we've come to expect from Pokemon movies, full of lush backgrounds, excellent animation, a great plot and lots of kid-friendly family values (like the importance of Friendship and the value of Loyalty). The second disc- "The Mirage Master"- has cheesy backgrounds, so-so animation and a plot so threadbare that my ten-year-old son (a Pokemon fan and the reason for my purchase) was poking holes in it. Regardless, it was a good film, and we're quite happy- Lucario was so good, it made the Mirage Master worthwhile.
