Can't Find Repair! all was fine for the first year. For this second season the bubbles don't work and I can not find the company anywhere on the web to discuss the issue with, I wonder why? What a waste of money...GOOD LUCK! 07/28/2009
Total Meltdown in Just 5 Months! When we first set the spa up, it was wonderful. Easy set-up, strong jets, we loved it. However, after only 5 months of infrequent use (maybe 10 times at most), the bottom began leaking and ruined our deck and the motor just stopped working. Getting customer service to respond has been almost impossible. They are very difficult to get hold of and seem to be overloaded with customer service issues. This has not been a good experience at all and I now regret the purchase I made. 06/24/2009
Great Purchase! third season! This is one of the best purchases we have ever made! We just set it up last week and let it cycle and it was actually up to 104 degrees in 24 hours :) We used it tonight and as soon as I slipped in the water every ache and pain from my RA just melted away....Oh, and just after we purchased it from Walmart, my husband went to the product website and it was double the price! thank You Walmart!!! 11/05/2011
bad luck this was a christmas gift and was set up on December 23rd ready to go on Christmas morning, Christmas afternoon the pump went out and we have not been able to use the product since. the Manufacture is sending a new pump but this has been frustrating. if we have another pump issue ill return the product and try another small spa.joe P 01/04/2009
