Rated 1 out of 5 by Bojodecu Worst thing I every Purchased I did not buy this from Wal-Mart, but from HSN. Right from the start it was trouble. The first pump leaked all over my floor on my closed in patio. $87.00 later I received a replacement, which lasted 2 months. Got error OH, called CS and they told me to backwash, which we did. Didn't work. Another $87 and they sent me a re-manufactured one. This one lasted 3 months and then OH popped up again. Of course the water wouldn't heat. Again I backwashed to no avail Now my warranty has run out and I contacted the BBB re: my problem. They contacted CLP who said they couldn't refund my money, but out of the goodness of their heart they will send me a replacement for $87. I have received the new pump, but have torn down the spa. I'm putting it up for sale. I will take a big loss, but it's either sell it or use it for a garden pond. I think CPL makes their real money on the re-furbished pumps.Don't buy this spa, you'll just join the list of "Happy" people. 07/27/2009
Rated 1 out of 5 by gracedone Do NOT buy this hot tub. We've replaced the pump five times. The last one lasted only six months. Parts are not available, the pump has to be shipped to Florida for repair or replaced by a remanufactured pump for 349.00 plus shipping. Go ahead and buy a real hot tub, it will cost you less in the long run. 05/10/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by elenarose great product no problems with set up or delivery-owned for 2 weeks and completely satisfied-great value-great product-far exceeded our expectations for the price-comfortable and big enough to hold 5-6 adults our size-Love it! We put it on a heated porch and the temp only drops 2 degrees in 1/2 hour of use-filled it with soft water so it has no problems with the pump or heater-will write another review after one year of ownership-our porch is 6 1/2 ft wide and it fills the space quite nicely-very expensive looking as you can see by the photos 10/30/2009
Rated 2 out of 5 by opihawaii Total Meltdown in Just 5 Months! When we first set the spa up, it was wonderful. Easy set-up, strong jets, we loved it. However, after only 5 months of infrequent use (maybe 10 times at most), the bottom began leaking and ruined our deck and the motor just stopped working. Getting customer service to respond has been almost impossible. They are very difficult to get hold of and seem to be overloaded with customer service issues. This has not been a good experience at all and I now regret the purchase I made. 06/24/2009
