Rated 1 out of 5 by SAMorgan The stain on the tv trays was uneven and worn in many areas of the trays and the legs of the stand. In addition, there were blobs of stain on two of the trays. They were in poor condition for the money, I wouldn't even pay half the price for these. I could have found a better deal at a garage sale! Needless to say, I returned them to the store with no problem. 10/08/2008
Rated 4 out of 5 by teegee18058 Great Value these trays are actually pieces of furniture - attractive and rich-looking. but as some other raters have mentioned - the finish is not perfect. one of the trays has several blemishes in the finish - they are distinct and stand out. but since the trays are primarily for family use i didn't return them. i think they are a great value and attractive. 12/15/2010

But, the first time I went to use one for its intended purpose (watching TV while eating), I sat down, pulled it toward me, and the legs hit my knees. I am an average sized gal HWP. I either have to cram my legs together and pull the table toward me or the opposite. Neither way is comfortable. I did not return them due to the hassle factor. They are useful as a side table and would work well for kids. Whenever they designed these, they did not have someone actually sit down and try to "sit up to the table." 08/06/2011
