Easy to Use What a great easy to program remote. Its got nice oversize buttons yet fits nicely in the palm of your hand. Its the perfect size so you don't lose the remote in a seat cushion. 12/10/2009
4Kamm Jumbo Universal TV Remote Control The pre-programed device options are limiting and the linking codes provided are out of date.The manual educateing of the remote was long and arduious. The remote frequently went into a sleep or off mode while trying to program the remote to operate with my video equiptment.There is no way to contact the company's customer service by phone and they do not respond to e-mails, either from their web site or direct e-mails.To date the 4Kamm Jumbo Universal TV Remote Control is a paperweight. 11/21/2009
Astounded I purchased this product in a bundle pack with hdtv and home theater system and had it shipped site-to store. When I opened the box I thought someone had played a joke on me. Just a word of warning, read about this product before you purchase it. IT IS ENORMOUS and seriously looks like a prank-gift! The only way that I can see that this thing might be useful is if it worked well and was easy to program (which it does not!) and for someone with an extreme disability which would require such a bunglesome contraption! I am sorry that I bought this! 12/09/2009
