Rated 5 out of 5★ by YogaforHealth Loved this DVD I first got this DVD through my library. I kept going back to reserve again and again and finally decided to get my own copy. I am 53 years old and find the DVD to be just my speed. I like how it stretches and feel it also helps with strength. I also like it because you do it in your bare feet. I am not able to do a lot of jumping and running for exercise so this video was perfect. It is gentle yet effective. I am now looking into some of her other videos since I like this one so much. Walmart's price was great too. 02/20/2010

This is a great video but if you looking to lose alot of weight this is not for you. Start with the crunch burn and firm pilates video theres alot more cardio and you get a great workout. But I recommend all the crunch workouts. You get fast and imazing results, and Ellen Barrett is a great instructor, she is so easy to follow. 01/20/2009
