Rated 5 out of 5★ by Mawsome7 Great Information and Recipes! This book was exactly what I was looking for. It is an easy, quick read - the best part is that half of the book is recipes. I needed that most in trying to convert to a non-inflammatory diet. Just trying to cut out foods from your diet is not easy, I wanted good replacement foods. Even though not all the recipes appeal to me now, it is a new foundation to build eating habits. There are also many options for changing recipes to suit your tastes. Very helpful book! 02/24/2013
