#1 Must Read For All Expecting Women I borrowed and read this book during my first 2 pregnancies that ended with successful Natural Childbirth in a hospital. While reading through the first time I wondered how well the relaxation techniques worked and how accurrate the Emotional Signposts were. Just after delivering my first, my husband and I agreed that the book was right on and such a blessing! The information was even much more useful in my second delivery, having experienced how well the Bradley method works. I am now pregnant with my 3rd and decided it was time to buy my own book. I have been reading through it again and look forward to my 3rd unmedicated delivery in the next few weeks. This is a book that I keep away from my young children as the pictures are quite revealing (understatement!). But it is #1 on my favorite book list for expecting women. This book is written so that it is easy reading. Everything is easy to understand and follow and has helpful pictures. I am so glad to have my own copy to share with friends, as I recommend this book to EVERYONE expecting, even if not 100% sold on the idea of being UNMEDICATED. This book has so much great information that everyone should know, even if not hoping for a "natural childbirth". And it's info not found in "What to Expect..." and other popular books. There are NO Bradley Method classes near my area at all, so I read this book without taking (or needing) any childbirth classes. 10/24/2011
