Okay i read everyone elses reviews before buying and was wary of how " annoying" they said she was. well she is a little, BUT do NOT let that stop you from purchasing i have only completed the first 30 minute work out so far and its amazing (several times might i add). I am sore and definitley feel like i worked out and you can see the increase in your flexability while you're working out! Its the first yoga i have ever done and its got me hooked, the only thing I wish it had was a short intro to ALL the moves in the set not just the main 3.However i absolutley love this video! 01/12/2010
Rated 2 out of 5★ by everdaywoman not for beginners I purchased this product because I trusted Denise Austin as a fitness instructor.Although this is a good workout it is NOT for beginners.If you are not familiar with the names of yoga posses it will be difficult to follow.She goes way too fast for someone starting out.Once you get flexibility and know the names of yoga posses you will get a good workout. 03/19/2013

Rated 3 out of 5★ by JMarieworkout Ok This workout is okay. I think you see results in a few weeks. I prefer a faster pace workout, so that I can see results in 2 weeks (like a few of her other DVD's - boot camp). A good DVD for Yoga fans. 09/10/2013
