Customer Product Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5★ by 4reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Highly recommended book Purchased this book after advised directly by our Pediatrician to read it. If it's good enough for our doctor and other health professionals, it seemed reasonable to have it as a resouirce for sleeping issues. The book discusses sleeping disturbances from birth through childhood and recommended solutions. It has helped us, and, I believe, would be helpful to everyone with a child. 12/17/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★ by wonderful book saving my sanity! I love this and have started following the approach, my baby has been sleeping SOOOOO much better during naps and at night! This book is wonderful and is saving my sanity and sleep! 08/30/2007
Rated 5 out of 5★ by This book saved our sanity! My twins were difficult children, so I thought. A mother on the twins bulletin board recommended this book. They were 4 months old at the time we got the book and I wished I had read it right before they were born. I probably refer to this book once a week at least. My twins are 6 months old and sleeping 12 hours at night right now (9 hours without a feeding) and still having 3 naps a day, two of which are two hour. My husband and I finally stopped feeling like zombies shortly after we started using the guidelines in this book. Turns out our boys are really laid back when they get to sleep when they want and as much as they want. I just didn't know they needed so much sleep! I think everyone should be required to read this book before they leave the hospital. Families would be so much happier! 03/10/2008
