The video offers tons of strethig exercises, but could have been slightly more challenging pregnant or not....I appreciated how the different pregnancy levels were shown, but its a pretty long video is redundant. I am no yoga expert but this is very beginner..very very...but i will keep it and still use on occassion.

I picked up this DVD and have tried it in 3 DVD players now. It doesn't work in any. I have never had a problem with DVD's working before. Now I have the hassel of driving to town and returning it. It wasn't even secured in the case when I picked it up, I could hear it flopping around inside. Just wish it worked, really looked forward to some potential back pain relief!

I have not done yoga, but want to see if this helps with some of the aches and pains. It is easy to follow and the poses are easy to figure out. I was actually sore the first time doing it. But it felt great! I need to find the time to start doing it again, it's tough to find time with two toddlers running around. But, it is relaxing and it was worth the money.

This DVD was great for me since I had not done Yoga in years. It helped me opening up my rip-cage which made breathing easier. I did have to be careful with any sort of twists since I do have chronic back pain. Also, this was a great alternative to a gentle Yoga class which was too strenuous for me to follow. Now after pregnancy I will still use it as gentle Yoga practice. So overall this is a great product and I also recommend it for beginners.

She spoke VERY slow but her actual routine was fast for me. Just as I was doing what she instructed, it was over and on to the next thing.
I wouldn't recommend it to somebody who knows nothing about Yoga.

I started doing this routine when I started my 2nd trimester; and really enjoy it. The choreography is beautiful and the instructions are well-done. I am familiar with her yoga style prior to pregnancy, so I was not dissapointed with this. It is about 45-min long and divided into three sections, the warm up, standing poses and floor work. There are 3 models who are in 3 different trimester so you can pick out which modification fits your condition the best. I also bought her post-natal series and hope to practice it when the time comes.

This DVD came recommended from a Yoga Instructor and has been a great way for my wife to relax, stretch and not be worried about hurting the baby. It has three ladies to watch in the DVD...one for each trimester of your pregnancy. Different stages in your pregnancy require different accommodations, so this is important. As her husband, I've even exercised/stretched with her. It can (and probably should) be done daily, but schedules are what they are, so we have done it about every other day. It's relaxing and we hear that it will pay BIG during delivery. Enjoy!

I am in my second trimester and was having some mid-back pain. A friend recommended this DVD and it's really helped with the pain. I am not a yoga person, but I have really been enjoying the video. The whole workout is about 45 minutes long and the time really flies by. Some of the graphics are a bit cheesy, but I think it's a good video overall.

I have been using this dvd for about 3 wks now, and would recommend it to anyone. I was suffering with a lot of back and leg pain and lots of anxiety. Since I have been using this my back pain as went away and I have lots of energy and I'm very calm about things so the anxiety has ceased.

I had been practicing yoga off & on for about a year before I became pregnant. I’m about 11 weeks along. What I like about this product is that it has modifications for each trimester and the exercise are gentle toning & stretching moves that are basic enough for those who have not done yoga before (or in a while). It has helped improve my energy level as well.

I borrowed a copy of this from the local library and loved it so much that I bought it. The workout is quite easy and anyone can do it, even those (like me) who've never done yoga before. The only down-side was that when I received the video it was not the deluxe addition as advertised and so the massage section was missing, which is a fabulous bonus.

This is a great Yoga video if you are expecting. I really enjoy that they have someone demonstrating the poses for the 3 different trimesters. However, I don't think they intended the video to be used while a one year old runs around. :)

i just hate everything about this. it's too long... and i hate the way she teaches and the music; everything about it. girls, try denise austin fit and firm pregnancy....she infuses yoga, pilates AND aerobics, all in about 40 minutes a day.

I am on my second pregnancy, and after a bit of research, chose this yoga workout DVD. It's very simple, easy to follow, and separated into three "workout" segments which is wonderful for those days when you don't feel like extending yourself too much or just want to do some relaxing stretches. I also chose this product because it it tailored to all three trimesters so you can modify your workout accordingly. I bought this online and Wal-Mart's shipping was within the time frame promised. I would definitely recommend.
