    • A. I understand about your fixed income and you being at home all of the time. This may not be the answer that you are looking for but you can try that if you think it will work for you, i can't really answer that question but can give an suggestion. if you have or get internet there is a product called Roku i'm not sure if you have heard of this or familiar but it hooks up to either wired or wireless internet and you can get so many channels esp. movies for free and music. and also can subscribe to netflix with or w/o the movies by mail and it is $7.99 month and you get alot of the channels free besides netflix. or you can subscribe to hulu, or get things on amazon but it does cost. the only set back on this is the roku is a little pricey to get started when i bought mine it was $99.00. but that is all you purchase except subscription for what ever you chose and there are tv shows on the networks like ex. Sons of anarchy, and other actual tv shows that you can watch diff seasons all at once even but will tell you that they are not necessarily current more like 1 season behind on most shows but still can watch the 1st season all at once etc.. those channels are unlimited once you pay the 7.99 monthly on netflix i think on some others as well but havent subscribed to any others yet. But there is no contract you can cancel anytime but there is so much to watch you will never be bored. this is just a thought. there are other systems besides roku that do the same thing. just check into it. Trust me it will be worth it.I didnt take the mail part of the netflix with my subscription to aggravating and didnt want to spend more than i was and you can also get things free for a month like hulu you just have to sign up. its easy to learn and when you go through all of the programs-channels they will tell you if free or the price and you can save the things you want to keep and go back to them anytime and watch movies as you choose. like i said so much is free i have had mine for 2 yrs now and still havent been able to watch all of the free channels and they add more free channels all of the time which is cool. good luck. just do some research for yourself like i said its well worth it if you have internet. i actually bought mine at walmart so you can go online and look. Some systems may even be cheaper as well just not familiar with other names. Its just a small box that plugs into your HDMI port, make sure you read everything to make sure you have what you need before purchase like how it hooks up and to what...Good luck and if you do purchase the rabbit let all of us know how good it is. Thanks God bless..

    • A. you can get all of those, but not LIVE. You'll get EPISODES, and some cost a small fee

    • A. Skip this. Seriously. You'll waste $10 of your precious SS disbursement. If you don't have high-speed Internet, it's of no use to you. It won't have most of the list you give on the question. It is an aggregator (meaning a search engine) for this stuff- Google and Bing will do you better if you've got high-speed Internet. With High-speed Internet, getting arrangements with Hulu, Netflix, etc. will set you back about $40-ish for the main plays. You won't get the bulk of those, but many of them will allow part of their content to be streamed for free or all of it for a small fee.

    • A. I am on disability too. This is not live tv like watching on cable. My only provider for cable is 82 a month for 55 channels of analogue. No VOD. I was hoping to dump them for this. Did not quite work out. Think Netflix meets HuluPlus meets Youtube. You cannot turn on Fox for background noise. Virtually everything is episodes. But you can get episodes of virtually everything. All content available on the web at websites is found and categorized for you. I think there is more accessibility than Netflix or HuluPlus compbined. And no waiting for disks in the mail. I believe there is actually a 10 dollar a year renewal fee but mthat is cheaper than a month of Netflix. There is VOD and PPV. There are also premium content channels I have not bought. Not sure if the HBO, ESPN premium stuff is streaming episodes. Hope this helps , buddy. My suggestion, spend the 10 bucks and see if it is right for you. It is a little overhyped but not a scam. And a lot cheaper than 190 a month.

    • A. You get hundreds of channels, none are LIVE. Many are podcast format. most allow you to view EPISODES of tv shows, but I couldn't find any LIVE TV shows. Maybe QVC was live, didn't try it. Some TV shows are not free, and you have to pay for the episode thru Amazon's video service. This device is more of a media manager - it lets you browse in one place for every movie and show you'd ever want to watch. And alot that you'd never want to watch.

    • A. You really don't get live streaming channels. You cannot just watch the evening broadcast of A&E or CBS. What you get is extremely easy access without having to google and hunt for episodes of many TV shows. Ask for the discovery channel and it takes you straight to the Discovery channel website. Normally BBC is not available in the US. You do not get BBC America as a live show but you can access current season or older reruns of BBC shows which are not available in the US. For example you can watch the lates Dr Who or Downton Abbey at will. The other choice is waiting to see them on disk from Netflix.

Not a good buy due to too many emails asking for more money u try to inscribe but it won't let u.. I get like 6 emails a day from them. I refuse to pay more money or this object. I don't like threatening email. Like pay 24.00 buck or be canceled.

Bought this at my local Wal Mart store for $10 mostly out of curiosity, but I haven't stopped using it for a week now, and I am going to buy another for my wife tomorrow. There may be many sites where you can access these movies and tv shows but who has the time to google all of them..... this baby does it all for you. I was finally able to find all the episodes from the outer limits (both old and new versions)...something that I have never been able to find through netflix or other sources. As an Amazon prime member they were available, but I would have to pay for each episode. All 8 seasons and all episodes of the new outer limits and the two complete seasons of the older outer limits are available. The $10 that you pay for includes a one year subscription. I beleive it is $14 for the next year which I plan on having. There are commercials included just like on most tv stations, but for this small price it is well worth it. Not all seasons may be as complete as the outer limits; I am still exploring some of my other favorites. They seem to have a schedule for certain shows where you can see different episodes. Try it out and see what you think...

Yes, one could search the web for this same free stuff, but you would never be able to organize or discover all the content available, all on your own, without this $10 free internet media-link organizer. It lets you know what is pretty much out there. Feel like a movie? You are presented with many free streaming movies to watch. Feel like classic TV, well there you are. All in one spot and all nicely organized. One click viewing. So why pay $10 a year you ask? The $10 fee is for Rabbit TV to keep those links updated for you. I found no dead links while working and watching with this device. The $10 is for link updating they supply. And everything all organized in one place. For $10 a year, this is definitely worth the small price. The key word here is media-link "ORGANIZATION". Free internet TV and radio, all in one nicely organized place on your PC desktop. That is what Rabbit TV is all about. That is exactly what Rabbit TV delivers. If people think they are going to get live HBO for $10 a year... dream on. That is not what this device does. Naturally, this streaming uses your own high speed internet. And if your ISP has data caps on your service, be very careful and watch your monthly data allowance closely. Streaming anything media will always use up a lot of data allowance.

do not purchase this product. it is a complete waste of time. Can you use google? yes then you do not need this. its just a link service like google... the live tv is terrible. And the free stuff they offer if you get rabbit plus is links to netflix free trial cc needed. hulu free trial... cc needed. amazon fire free trial... cc needed. when you search shows 90% are not available. If you want to watch movies... go to crackle.com thats where they link you to its free look i just did their job.. pay me 10 bucks. customer service is terrible with them they have no idea how their product works they just copy and paste responses to you. Do yourself a favor and pass on this product.

Some people have said Rabbit is a scam. It is not. It doesn't give you any access to shows which you cannot find yourself but it organizes it like a distribution network and when you press the link you watch it. It's easy to use and you WILL find something to watch. I found some stuff which was on Hulu which I could have easily found myself, but I also saw some interviews on The Golf Channel that I couldn't find without Rabbit (maybe I didn't spend enough time trying ). For 10 bucks its a good deal and that includes the first year. The next year is $10. This product isn't going to replace anything you already have but will supplement it with something you should enjoy. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is because most of the stuff is older but there is a lot of variety with newer tv stuff linked in.

Access to 5,000 TV Channels! Well, kinda. You can see reruns and YouTube clips from over 5k channels. Nowhere does it say you can actually turn on and watch ABC, CNN or Discovery live. It just implies it. I have horrible analogue Suddenlink Cable. I was hoping I would be able to just turn on something like A&E and leave the channel on like a tv set. Not happening. This product is essentially like a mashup of Netflix, HuluPlus and YouTube. I was able to find content that was not available otherwise. Their BBC channel has current episodes of DR Who streaming. Netflix you have to order the disks. There is value here. I am keeping it for 10 bucks. After all, my cable company Suddenlink does not even offer Video on Demand or more than 3 premium channels. This definitely increases the content available to me. Still trying to find Anime tho.

After reading about this, I bought this for my son and his gf, since they don't have cable TV and use the internet instead. Told him to give me a review to see if I wanted one as well. He says it does exactly what it claims to do. It basically catalogs everything from programs, movies, etc. making it much easier to find what they want to watch and also running across some they didn't think about. They just hook up their laptop to their TV and watch. It is not cable but says you can't beat it for the price. So I will be getting one also.
