I was already really excited to purchase this movie based off the best selling book because 1) it's my favorite book and 2) This had to be apart of my collection! I very pleasantly surprised at how many extras/deleted scenes accompanied the dvd. Watch it with the commentary, the cast and director Chbosky offers an amazing insight on the characters and story we have grown to love. 02/27/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by thegirlwholetitgo if you had a rough childhood-this is a must see if you had a rough/weird childhood-this is a must see - the perks of being a wallflower is a great book, and the movie is almost identical to the book- so if you're not a reader, you can watch it and get the same experience. It was filmed in Pittsburgh and that made me relate even more. LOVE THIS MOVIE.*Wallflower for life. 04/16/2013
