The chairs are not plastic. They are constructed of durable steel with a powder coated finish. They also come with UV protected cushions.

Are the chair seats all metal or are they made of rubber straps?

No they are not...would be nice. But they are sturdy and for the price good quality. I am pleased!

Very nice set.

The patio set was easy to assemble. One patio chair could not be assembled due to the holes did not align properly. I contacted customer service and a replacement was ordered. There was no hassle; a friendly helpful representative answered all my questions. I only wish I had her name to recognize her. This was the first time I ordered a large, high priced item online and was a bit hesitant; but after dealing with your company I will plan to order again. Great prices, good customer service; kudos to your employees!

Nice patio set for the price!!!

The quality and craftsmanship is great! The seats are wide and comfortable. Well made and can hold up to 250 lbs. The material is water resistant and the water rolls off, does not soak the cushions. Made to be comfortable for hours on end.

Great Patio Dining Set!

We love this set so far . Just put it together . Colors are the same in person . Looks and feels expensive . Some of the chairs were very difficult to put together because the bolt holes don't line up as the should . I had my strong hubby here to help push and pull so we could get them together .

Very nice for the price

Easy to assemble....everything was exactly as it was advertised... One one tiny little detail...one of the chair's leg is very uneven by at least half an inch... I'm hoping that with weight and use will straight itself out.... Also both packages came a few days separate but it wasn't a big deal.... We are happy we got a brand new patio set that both me and my wife agreed on price and color

Other than they lost the table for a week and it was delivered a week later with the scratch and chip in it the set is nice for the money

Very attractive, well designed, modestly priced patio dining set, reasonably comfortable chairs. Not as easy to put together as described.

Nice for the price

The set is attractive, a tad lightweight than I was expecting. I have not received the table yet but one of the chairs could not even be assembled because they sent two left legs. I have yet to solve this problem but will report back if I had any further hassle in returning it. Overall the quality of the material is very cheap and the cushions are not very firm, actually pretty flat. I have back problems so was unable to sit in them at all for any length of time and just stuck to my computer chair on the patio. Your always told that you get what you pay for and I paid more for this set thinking it would be better, not the case.

One chair was not usable

I've owned this set for a month now and it's still sitting in the box. order was shipped from YoTrio the manufacturer without assembly hardware. I've called them twice and gotten nowhere. They promised me I'd have in ten days, that was two weeks ago. Don't waste your time or money.

Waste of Time

We bought this set expecting it was identical to our previous purchase of the same and as shown on the website. This bears no resemblance; the colour and pattern of the cushions has changed completely, but the picture and description has not. this is completely misleading and wasted our time as we had to make arrangements to both pickup and return the boxes to our local Walmart store!
