I can't get the filter to stay in the cap?! What am I doing wrong? It just keeps coming out!

I'm satisfied with the Brita water bottle- it definitely makes the water out of my office fountain taste great, and after learning to really tighten the cap, I haven't had any of the leaking issues that others have mentioned. I work out 5 days a week, and this is so useful when I have to refill and I'm not at home.

I love Brita products in general so I did not hesitate to try the new Brita bottle.
It's a challenge to find a spout water bottle that doesn't leak. The Brita bottle mostly fills this need for me.
I do notice that at 50% water level, there is less water to maintain the shape of the bottle as I'm squeezing water into my mouth. Fluid inevitably spills out of the bigger rim as well as the spout.

Not a fan of drinking water straight out of the fountain at the gym (who knows if they maintain those things?). This is a quick, easy solution for staying hydrated and avoiding the impurities of civic water.

I love these filtered bottles and am curious if they will be made available in an insulated or thermal version soon? I don't like the sweat that drips off the outside after the ice starts melting and it is warm outside. Thanks for your help!

GREAT Idea! I'm baffled that no one thought of this sooner. Convenient and cheaper than bottled work. Only one MAJOR issue: it LEAKS EVERYWHERE! The lid doesn't seal properly and no matter what I do or how tightly I close it; there is always water all over me, my desk or my car. Again, GREAT idea but until this really stupid problem is fixed, I can't recommend it.

I work in an office with horrible tasting water. When this bottle came out, I asked for one for Father's day so I can stop buying bottled water. After using it this week, I have learned to lean forward so the water doesn't go all over my dress shirt. Again, great idea but poor quality seal between the cap and bottle.

We drink a lot of water but we never like the taste of tap water so my family was going through a lot of bottles every day. This bottle has made it a lot easier for us to drink great tasting water throughout the day, no matter where we are. The only bad thing I can say about the bottle is that it isn't very insulated, ice melts pretty fast. Other than that I really love this bottle and I drink a lot more water now than I did before.

If not, the water will leak on you. Make sure that both lids are tight. Wonderful tasting water comes out. Work in an old builing where they took out our water dispensers, bought these in a 3 pack at BJ's for a camping trip for my family and ended up using it daily for work and sending one with my child to school everyday. Absolutely fabulous!!!

I love my bottle! It has replaced my family buying water bottles which although not that expensive, take up room in our fridge and cabinets. Now we just add a little ice, fill up from the tap and go!

I'm excited about being able to filter my water before I drink it while on the go...I am discouraged that adding flavorings to the water is not addressed in any of the literature, I'm guessing because it may affect the filtering processing...otherwise the the product is VERY durable & ergomonically convenient to carry /use while engaged in numerous activies...this is a late blooming idea well worth the wait...

This filtering bottle has changed the way I drink water. I take it to work, yoga, and I was surprised to find myself using it a lot at home.
It's convenient. I know that if I drink 3 bottles, I've met my personal hydration goal. It takes the thinking out of hydration. I just do it.

I had this bottle for a week now and I followed the instructions before I used it the first time. After about 4 good times of using it I started to taste sewage so I washed the bottle out and tried again ,no luck the taste was still there. So I take the filter out and then try my water again the water taste good without the filter in it I don't think I will ever buy Brita products again I even had other family members try the water with the filter in and they also tasted the same as I did pure sewage.
