The quality of the pillow including the firmness and the feel of the outer cover are better than I expected for a low price neck pillow. My sleep is now much more comfortable. As a note, the pillow may be a little big feeling at first and will take a few nights to get broken in. 10/28/2009

I need a firm neck roll to support my neck in all sleep positions. I ended up buying one from the store for about 12$. I guess you get what you pay for. 06/03/2010
